New look for New York label

Komi­tor has been a fam­ily owned and run whole­saler spe­cial­iz­ing in the man­u­fac­tur­ing of women’s plus size out­er­wear since 1946. For three gen­er­a­tions they have had a loyal clien­tele sell­ing to some of the biggest retail­ers in New York. More recently their mar­ket share has been in a slide. The global mar­ket­place has made it easy for retail­ers to buy direct from over­sees man­u­fac­tures. Komi­tor rec­og­nized the need to develop a strong brand iden­tity. Merola Design was brought in to cre­ate a con­sumer friendly brand. Start­ing with a new cor­po­rate iden­tity and tag line and fol­low through with hang tags sta­tion­ary web­site and show­room sig­nage and web­site as well.
